#T3 – In 80 days around the world (2016)

– IN 80 DAYS AROUND THE WORLD – (Musical)

The eccentric, wealthy Professor Phileas Fogg has set into his mind to travel once around the whole world in 80 days with modern meanings of transport. He also makes a bet with a money deposit from twenty thousand pounds. As soon as the bet is completed in an exclusive London club, he already starts with his world tour.

His spontaneously committed servant, Jean Passepartout, is to accompany him. Fogg, who uses half of his total assets with twenty thousand pounds, needs the same amount to complete his project. If will lose the bet, he wouldn’t have anything anymore. His precipitous departure makes him suspect that he has made a bank robbery with over fifty thousand pounds.

At first Fogg and Passepartout are use the land and waterway – they travel by train, a ship and a freighter – and they even ride on the back of an Indian elephant to make their project successful.

It will be extremely exciting to get to know if the 2 brave mens can make it on time. Because Fogg is constantly on the run from Detective Fix. He has to dispel the suspicion, that he had something to do with the bank robbery.

As a background actor on and behind the stage, I could be a part of this spectacle.
